(A) Quantum Bits:

Why Automation Matters :

Automation is not just about replacing human labor with machines; it’s about enhancing manufacturing processes in various ways:

  1. Improved Efficiency: Automation reduces human errors and speeds up production, leading to increased output and cost savings.

  2. Enhanced Precision: Machines can perform tasks with incredible precision, resulting in higher product quality and reliability.

  3. Safety: Automation eliminates the need for humans to perform dangerous tasks, improving workplace safety.

  4. Flexibility: Automated manufacturing lines can be reconfigured quickly to adapt to changing production needs.

  5. Data-Driven Decision-Making: Automation provides real-time data and analytics, enabling better decision-making and predictive maintenance.

  6. Sustainability: By optimizing processes, automation can lead to resource savings and a reduction in waste.

Future Trends in Manufacturing Automation

The field of manufacturing automation is dynamic, with several emerging trends shaping the industry’s future:

  1. Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning: AI and machine learning will play an increasingly critical role in making automation systems more intelligent and adaptable.

  2. Cobots: Collaborative robots or cobots, which can work alongside humans, are gaining popularity in various industries, enhancing the flexibility of automation.

  3. Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing): 3D printing is becoming an integral part of automated manufacturing processes, allowing for rapid prototyping and customized production.

  4. Sustainability Focus: Automation will continue to drive sustainability efforts, optimizing resource usage and minimizing waste in manufacturing.

  5. Global Supply Chain Integration: Automation is facilitating seamless integration across global supply chains, improving transparency and efficiency.

  6. Automated Quality Control, Inspection, Counting and Sorting. Repetitive activities will be further automated in the future reducing errors, defects and improving the quality of products your customers receive.

Quantum bits is a premier developer of next-generation, AI-driven automation solutions. Moving beyond traditional "dumb" robotics, we focus on Embodied AI and Mobile Manipulation to bring intelligent, adaptable, and safe robotic teammates to manufacturing, logistics, and professional service environments.

Vision

To lead the transition from rigid automation to dynamic, intelligent assistance, where robots work alongside humans to enhance productivity, safety, and operational efficiency.

Core Competencies & Technologies

  • Embodied AI & Software: Our robots use multi-modal foundation models, allowing them to train themselves and adapt to new situations without manual coding.

  • Mobile Manipulators: Combining mobile bases with agile robotic arms to perform "pick and place" tasks in unstructured environments.

  • Natural Language Interaction: Floor managers can command robots using everyday language rather than complex code.

  • High-Precision Systems: Utilizing advanced sensors to achieve sub-millimeter accuracy for delicate tasks like electronics assembly.

Our goal is to bid most of Plan & Specification Projects to General, Mechanical & Sheet Metal Contractors in New York City and Surrounding Counties.

Service is our main objective.

(c) Air Dynamics -Project Estimation & Management

Accurate estimation is the foundation of a profitable project, requiring detailed analysis of materials, labor, and overhead.

  • Project Scope Definition: We Begin by thoroughly reviewing drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

  • Site Assessment: We Conduct a site visit to identify potential obstacles (e.g., tight spaces, structural limitations), measure installation areas, and evaluate accessibility for equipment delivery.

  • Quantity Takeoff: We Enumerate all materials, including HVAC units (RTUs), ductwork, piping, insulation, controls, and dampers. Digital tools like Plan Swift can increase speed and accuracy.

  • Cost Estimation (Direct Costs) Includes:

    • Equipment & Materials: We Price out all components using current vendor Pricing.

    • Labor: We Calculate installation time based on specialized skills required, factoring in potential overtime.

    • Subcontractors: We Obtain quotes for specialized work like balancing or insulation.

    • Logistics: Reflects crane rentals, shipping, and special rigging.

  • Indirect Costs Listed include : Overhead: vehicles, tools, and insurance.
